To help us serve you better, kindly include a clear photo of the product you've received along with a brief explanation of the issue. This helps us improve our products and services for all customers.

Please note: Requests are accepted within 14 days from the date your appliance arrives. After this period, assistance may no longer be available.

Handling Defective or Faulty Items

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or that isn't functioning as promised, reach out to us immediately. We stand behind our appliances and will cover issues caused during production or shipping.

Please supply photographs depicting the defect or issue—such as missing parts, visible flaws, or operational problems. Taking images on a flat surface with clearly visible tags ensures swift processing.

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or repair. In most cases, return of the faulty item isn't necessary, as we use these images to improve quality control.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing errors only.
  • It does not include damages from accidents, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by prolonged sun exposure or modifications after purchase isn't covered.

Note: The same 14-day window applies here following product receipt. After this timeframe, refunds or replacements might not be possible.

What If Your Delivery Is Delayed?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, you can request a refund or a new shipment. Contact our support team with your order details, and we will prioritize your case.

*Please submit your claim within 60 days of placing the order, as tracking info might expire afterward.

Refund Processing Schedule
